Invoiced on delivery, not before
Work begins on your completed intake answers. The invoice arrives with your pack, due within 7 days by bank transfer. You are not asked to pay an unknown vendor up front for something you haven't seen.
Both options include the scope check, your AUSTRAC enrolment prepared for you to lodge, the full seven-document program pack, and the year-one query response. The difference is only what happens after delivery.
The year-one guarantee applies on both options. If AUSTRAC queries your program in the first year, we draft the response at no charge — you review, adopt and submit it. That is a service commitment, not an outcome; nobody can promise how a regulator will treat your firm.

Mantios is a sole trader below the $75,000 GST-registration threshold and is not registered for GST, so no GST is charged and no invoice is styled a tax invoice. The price you see is the price you pay.
On the $500 + $200/month option the first retainer month is invoiced alongside delivery, then monthly from there. Cancel anytime, effective the next billing date.
A fixed fee, no surprise line items, no per-document or per-client charges, and no minimum term on either option.

It will take you the better part of two days to work through, the tailoring to your firm is the part that actually matters in a review, and nobody checks what you wrote. We do it for you in three business days, review it as a person, and stand behind it for a year.
Those are template generators: you fill the form, you carry the review, you keep it current. Even the ones that print a full pack are reflecting your own form answers back at you. If a cheap login is all you want, take it — you'll just be doing the work the tool doesn't.
It handles CDD lookups and identity checks, and you've probably got that part. It doesn't write your ML/TF risk assessment, program document or training records — the things a reviewer asks for first.
They could, and it's billable hours on something that isn't their day job. We build the tailored program so their role is about an hour of review rather than a project from zero. We're compliance documentation specialists, not a law firm, and every pack says so on its face.
Six questions, about three minutes. We confirm scope and price before anything is billed, and we'll tell you if you don't need us.
